About: Chef Peter Gobin of Mijos Tacos will educate attendees on different techniques for turning local seafood into a dinner you can share with family and friends. Learn how to use plentiful local species like scup, skate, squid, Jonah crab, whiting, whole sea scallops, dogfish, sea robin and fluke. Hosted by Eating with the Ecosystem and held in the demo kitchen at Hope & Main, this workshop is also a dinner, complete with wine and good company. Cost is $50 per attendee.
