When: 8 a.m.-noon.
Where: Central Landfill, 65 Shun Pike, Johnston, R.I.
About: Eco-Depot is a free service for Rhode Island residents who wish to dispose of their household hazardous waste safely and properly. Such waste includes oven cleaner, cleaning products, flea collars, pool chemicals, nail polish remover and oil-based paint. This free service is available by appointment only.

Where: CAWS Veterinary Hospital, 88 West Warwick Ave., West Warwick, R.I.
About: Indie Cycle LLC will be collecting computers, monitors, laptops, cell phones, keyboards, printers, toner cartridges, wires, stereo equipment, telephones, TVs, microwaves and other electronic gadgetry regardless of age or condition. Batteries of any size, type or shape including auto/marine and battery backups, also will be accepted. A $10 disposal fee is charged for mini-fridges, air conditioners, dehumidifiers and other coolant containing devices.
